(CHICAGO) The Chicago Bulls have officially introduced Dwyane Wade as the latest team member.

Two weeks ago Wade signed a two year contract worth $47.5 million. Friday afternoon, he was officially introduced to Chicago. Wade, who spent 13 seasons with the Miami Heat, was born in Chicago and told reporters at the Advocate Center that he is happy to be in his hometown and looks forward to helping the Bulls build up to the team they can be.

The Bulls have been in the process of replacing players after sending Derrick Rose to the New York Knicks , Pau Gasol signed with the San Antonio Spurs, and the loss of Joakim Noah who signed with the Knicks as a free agent.

Starting this October, all Chicago Bulls preseason and regular season games will be heard on WLS-AM 890.
