(Zion, IL) The Cancer Treatment Centers of America is offering a $25,000 reward for information in the death of a patient that was beaten to death outside of one of the center’s hotels. Our Nick Gale has more…

The center is offering the reward after 46-year-old Shannon Vincel of Springfield, Mo. was struck several times with a blunt object Monday night. She died at an area hospital Tuesday.

Officials say she suffered “severe head trauma.” Police do not have much on the offender but say he or she was dressed in dark clothing and ran off.

Cancer Treatment Center of America has since increased security around the facility.
