Museums Offering Free Entrance for CPS Students

(CHICAGO) Just in time for back to school, Chicago’s museums are offering fre admission for Chicago Public School students, starting this weekend.

Free admission is on certain days from Sunday, August 28 through Saturday, September 3. CPS students need a student ID or a copy of their last report card. One adult will be allowed free admission but in some cases the whole family can get in free of charge.

Museums participating include the Adler, Art Institute, Chicago History Museum, DuSable, The Field Museum, Lincoln Park Zoo, Museum of Contemporary Art, MSI, National Museum of Mexican Art, National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture, Notebaert Nature Museum and the Shedd Aquarium.
