Chicago’s movie shoots are glamorous, but Bill Cameron says one alderman thinks they also ought to pay some street tax.

Everybody says Chicago looks great on TV and in the movies, but Near North alderman Brian Hopkins argues the production trucks don’t look so great on the streets.

And indeed City Hall is looking into at least charging production companies for street parking if not more.
