There is a rogue district judge in Seattle, Judge James Robart, who is blocking President Donald Trump’s Executive Order on immigration. Robart is a left winger and advocate who has no business being a judge. Trump is seeking to protect the American people and the left goes to their favorite left wing judges to give them exactly what they want. If the left continues to say that Trump is aiming at Muslims, how come 85% of the Muslims don’t live in the countries on Trump’s ban list? When Trump and a conservative governor promote a policy, it is assumed that is wrong and unconstitutional. The same forces that created the administrative states and destroyed the school system in this country, destroyed the courts. They are judges. In addition, Congress created federal district courts, the appellate courts and the numerous circuits, not the Constitution. Why should the courts go without criticism? We still pretend that we live in this grand republic while in fact the left has destroyed so much of it. There is a difference between the country and the government. This is why we need to set a term limit for Supreme Court Judges, 12 years and then get out. People argue with term limits that we will lose a Clarence Thomas or Antonin Scalia, but there are also a lot of leftists on these courts. Ruth Bader Ginsburg should have been off the Supreme Court a very long time ago. She makes comments on politics outside of the court room that are just outrageous. Finally, Stephen A.
