(CHICAGO) Four years after he was convicted for the murder of his third wife, ex-Bolingbrook cop Drew Peterson is changing venues.

Peterson had been serving out his time at Menard Correctinal Center in downstate Randolph County. Now, the Illinois Department of Corrections says Peterson is no longer in their custody.

According to the IDOC website, Peterson is at the Northern Reception Center in Joliet which is run by the Stateville Correctional Center. No reason for the transfer was given.

Peterson is serving 38 years for the killing of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. Forty years were added to his sentence after he was found guilty of trying to put a hit on Will County state’s attorney James Glasgow. His forth wife Stacey remains missing.
