(SKOKIE) — Police are reviewing camera footage from the mall where a man was found dead over the weekend.

Skokie Police identify the man as 34-year-old Eric P. Cybak. His body was found at the Old Orchard Mall Saturday and his death has been classified as a homicide.

Several media outlets report that Cybak is originally from Northbrook and was arrested May 5 in Texas after police there found more than 50 pounds of marijuana in his car during a traffic stop. He posted bond and was released

Skokie Police say the shooting was not random and says there is no direct threat to the public.
