Rudy Giuliani says it’s up to the President whether or not he will grant an interview to special counsel Robert Mueller.

However, Giuliani says his team is “most likely” going to submit a new proposal for an interview between the President and Mueller today.

Giuliani said earlier this week that they were not going to agree to all of Mueller’s terms as negotiations have been in the works since March of this year.
