Another billion dollar deal is just about in the books as September continues to see acquisitions all over the business world.

Restaurant chain Sonic is being acquired by Inspire Brands in a $2.3 Billion deal.

Inspire is the owner of Arby’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. As a result of the deal, Sonic shareholders will receive $43.50 a share in cash.

The deal is slated close by the end of the year. Inspire Brands was only formed back in February after Arby’s acquired Buffalo Wild Wings.
