Signs have been posted through storm-ravaged parts of Florida. “Looters Will Be Shot” Apparently, the police are a part of those trying to discourage looting.

An unidentified man attempting to steal a police car in Panama City, Florida was shot dead over the weekend.

Florida State Fire Marshalls fired the fatal shots. There is a dusk-to-dawn curfew in effect for the storm-battered region

According to WEAR, the man approached a witness before he entered the car and admitted that he was looting.
