Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has his next court date on Friday. When he appears in front of a judge, Manafort will be wearing prison-issued clothing.

A judge has rejected Manafort’s request to wear a suit to court for a hearing to discuss his sentencing.

Manafort has yet-to-be sentenced following a guilty verdict for charges on eight counts of bank and tax fraud he was convicted of in August.

In September, Manafort agreed to cooperate with Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his investigation as part of a plea agreement in a second trial that was set to begin.
