America’s most expensive house goes on the market

Remember the show Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous ? Or MTV’s Cribs ? They should bring them back just to profile whoever purchases the former property of late billionaire A. Jerrold Perenchio.

The 10-acre estate in Bel Air has just gone on the market for the whopping price of $245 million, making it America’s most expensive listing.

Perenchio, the one time the chairman and CEO of Univision, bought the 25,000 square foot home in 1986, which features a 12,000-bottle wine cellar, a 75-foot pool, a tennis court and parking for 40 cars. Not to mention a guest house that’s bigger than most of our regular homes.

The owner will also have the claim to owning the “The Beverly Hillbillies” home as the mansion was used in the opening credits of the classic show.
