It’s been a long wait, but legal recreational marijuana has finally arrived on the East Coast.

Two years after Massachusetts voted to legalize pot, the first recreational dispensary is set to open its doors in the town of Northampton. It’s the first commercial dispensary to open east of the Mississipi.

Officials say marijuana sales could bring in up to $5 billion annually for the state.
