Brace yourself if you are flying somewhere in the next two weeks. This Thanksgiving travel season might rival all others.

Some have already predicted heavier than normal air travel this year but a group called Airlines for America thinks this will be the busiest Thanksgiving in history for flying.

Airlines for America estimates 30.6 million people will fly somewhere in the 12-day travel period that starts on Friday, November 16th and ends on Tuesday, November 27th. The busiest day will be the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

The other busiest days for air travel will be the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 21st), and surprisingly, this Friday, November 16th. People that have an entire week for the holiday will be trying to get out of town.
