Sadie Durbin of Kentucky is suing Texas Roadhouse after a manager told her to cover her breast and child’s head while breastfeeding in the chain restaurant.

Durbin was eating at the restaurant when the manager said, “Oh ma’am, we need you to cover up. We’re getting a lot of complaints.”

She is claiming that the demand from the restaurant’s management has caused her emotional distress.

The law in Kentucky says “a mother may breast feed her baby or express breast milk in any location, public or private.”
