Barack Obama continues to not mention President Trump by name, but it’s pretty obvious who he’s talking about.

In a speech Monday, Obama said progress in America is being held back by “hate, anger, racism, mommy issues”, a line that drew laughs from the crowd.

Obama said people need to ‘work together in a cooperative, thoughtful, constructive way”.
