Good news for kids who like their low-fat milk with a little kick:

Chocolate milk is returning to the school lunch menu.

The flavored milk’s return is part of a new, loosened set of standards issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which also reintroduces foods made of refined grains like noodles, biscuits and tortillas.

The new nutritional requirements scale back those implemented under the Obama administration,which called for schools to serve only whole grain foods.
