A candidate suppression story

(CHICAGO)   At City Hall, a CANDIDATE suppression story.

DePaul freshman David Krupa is a 19 year old who wants to be alderman of the 13th ward. He’s filed his nominating signatures, but this is House Speaker Mike Madigan’s ward and his alderman – Marty Quinn –  is trying to keep Krupa off the ballot.

His forces have gotten several hundred people to revoke their signatures on Krupa’s petitions. Trouble is they have several hundred more such people than even signed Krupa’s petitions.

So Krupa has this promise.

“If we get knocked off the ballot because of the election fraud that’s happened here, we are 100% filing a federal lawsuit against Michael Madigan, Marty Quinn and every one of their precinct captains. A community like my own and any community in Chicago should not have to experience the type of political corruption and ugliness that has been brought in this election.”

Alderman Quinn wonders whether Krupa’s signatures are legit and he says Krupa supported Trump.
