(CHICAGO)  It appears the city mental health clinics Mayor Emanuel closed are coming back.

Twenty of the 50 aldermen showed up for a news conference backing a task force to evaluate the need for more mental health clinics in the city.

Alderman George Cardenas said they are listening to the outcry over closing so many clinics.

. The well-being of our city is at stake.”

The goal is to restore more city mental health clinics in the 2020 city budget.
