Man Accused of Burglarizing Train is Released on a $25,000 I-Bond

(CHICAGO) When police spotted two men in a vehicle that was wanted in connection with an earlier train burglary near 21st and South Albany last Thursday, the two men inside ran into Douglas Park.
Police say  Travonta Turner, 22, of Chicago, ran across ice on the lagoon and fell through it.
He was pulled out, arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass to property.  Turner is free on bond and due in court on Thursday.  Police are still searching for the other suspect.
