(CHICAGO)  In the race for mayor, Chance the Rapper DIDN’T SHOW UP for a Daley Center rally where the Amara Enya campaign promised he’d be at midday.

To try to get the early voting out for her, Amara Enyia has a campaign going called “party to the polls.” She wants to bus young voters from college campuses to the early voting sites. She also promised Chance the Rapper at a Daley Center rally, but he didn’t show up. Enyia explained it away with this.

“At a drink house last night, we had hundreds of people in the room. He was there with me. We registered voters. It was from 4 pm to 10 pm. It might have gone a little bit later than that.”

But even at the Daley Center gathering, only about 40 people showed up. ​
