(CHICAGO)  In the race for mayor, the Tribune is endorsing Bill Daley.

So much for Daley fatigue at the Chicago Tribune.  It’s editorial board likes the depth of Daley’s experience in business and government plus his willingness to stand up to the unions on pension reform.

He’s having a good week with not only the Trib’s endorsement, but a million dollar donation from the state’s richest man Ken Griffin.

As Daley recently told WLS’ Bill Cameron on on “Connected to Chicago”

“Ya know, Bill, I’ve been lucky in life!”

And with this latest luck, stock is rising on Daley making the runoff.
