Mother Files $500-Billion Lawsuit Against Lori Loughlin, Felicity Huffman

A California single mom who was once a teacher, has filed a $500 billion class-action lawsuit against Lori Loughlin, Felicity Huffman and other individuals involved in the “Varsity Blues” college admissions scam.

Jennifer Kay Toy claims that legitimate applicants to colleges were denied access due to illegal activities.

She also claims that her son’s rights to a fair chance were stolen when he applied to multiple reputable universities and he was denied even though he had an above average GPA of a 4.2.

She said her son’s access was denied, not because he failed to work but because wealthy individuals felt that it was OK to lie, cheat, steal and bribe their children’s way into college.
