Captain Marvel continues to rake in the money at the box office.

This weekend it opened in Japan, taking in $5.6 million.

With it’s 2nd weekend in North America, it took in $69 million.

Globally this weekend it made $189 million.

Internationally, it has made $494 million in ticket sales exceeding the lifetime grosses of superhero movies.

It is now the 17th highest grossing superhero release internationally at the box office.
