Attorneys for Robert Kraft along with lawyers for 14 others charged in a Jupiter, Florida prostitution bust have filed a joint motion to stop the release of any evidence to the public.

ESPN earlier reported that authorities were planning to release video showing the New England Patriots owner making numerous visits to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa. TMZ reports the protective motion was filed Wednesday morning.

Kraft has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of solicitation. Prosecutors have offered the 77-year-old a plea deal which will reportedly be turned down.
