Tyson Recalling Chicken Strips Over Possible Metal Contamination

What is it with frozen chicken? For the second time this week, a massive recall of frozen chicken has been announced over a potential safety hazard.

The latest one involved 69,000 pounds of Tyson frozen chicken strips, which could possibly be contaminated with pieces of metal.

The recall applies to 25-oz. packages of Tyson Fully Cooked Buffalo Style Chicken Strips and Tyson Fully Cooked Crispy Chicken Strips, as well as 20-pound cases of Spare Time Fully Cooked Buffalo Style Chicken Strips. All products have ‘best if used by’ date of Nov 30 2019.

Earlier this week, a recall of Janes Pub Style Nuggets was announced due to possible salmonella contamination.
