While others were seen ‘making the rounds’ at the annual NFL league meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft appeared to be laying low. Kraft declined to visit with media. Though, he was seen walking with his son, Jonathan, along with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, TMZ Sports reports.
Over the weekend, Kraft spoke publicly about his legal trouble in Florida saying in part, “I am truly sorry. I know I have hurt and disappointed my family, my close friends, my co-workers, our fans and many others who rightfully hold me to a higher standard.”
The 77-year-old is charged with two misdemeanor counts of solicitation in Jupiter, Florida.
