Fox News Draws Huge Ratings With Bernie Town Hall

Democrats may not have been thrilled that their current White House frontrunner went on Fox News , but executives at the network probably were.

According to figures put out by Nielsen, Bernie Sanders’ town hall appearance on Monday pulled in more viewers than Fox ‘s competitors combined.

Nearly 2.6 million tuned into the hour-long event from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, hosted by Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, which Fox reveals gave them their best ratings for a town hall broadcast to date.

Sanders noted that the party wasn’t happy about his visit, but Baier thanked the Vermont Senator, saying, “We are very grateful that you’re here.”
