DOJ to release possible obstruction evidence

In the latest from the Mueller files: the DOJ has agreed to hand over key evidence on President Trump’s possible obstruction of justice and abuse of power, the New York Times reports.

It isn’t clear what, exactly, will be turned over, or when. The announcement comes amid continued threats by House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler to vote hold AG Bill Barr in contempt.

Also Monday, John W. Dean, a former White House counsel who turned on then President Richard Nixon amid the Watergate scandal testified before lawmakers.
