U.S. Attorney General said there were “serious irregularities” at the New York jail where accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. He told reporters he was “appalled at the jail’s failure to adequately secure a prisoner.”

Between an overworked staff, being taken off suicide watch and not checking on Epstein’s cell every 30 minutes as required, the jail was found by investigators to have serious issues with it’s protocols.

Although Epstein is dead, Barr vowed to that the case against him would continue and “anyone who was complicit or co-conspired with Epstein should not rest easy. The victims deserve justice and they will get it.
