An autopsy performed on Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire businessman charged with sex trafficking, shows that his neck was broken in multiple places after committing suicide in his New York jail cell on Saturday. Forensics experts told The Post that multiple breaks can happen by hanging or strangulation.

Many questions have come up since Epstein’s death. The U.S. Attorney General wants to know why the guards at the jail were overworked, why Epstein was no longer on suicide watch and why one prison warden had been temporarily reassigned to look over Epstein.
