The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is very concerned about the number of possible severe lung disease cases associated with e-cigarettes that’s now up to 153.

According to stats released Wednesday, the number of states involved has reached 16, and although a cause hasn’t been identified, officials say all reported cases involve the use of vaping.

Experts say some of the symptoms patients experienced include difficulty breathing and chest pain.
