Authorities in London say a man is dead after a bullet he fired ricocheted back off of a car window and struck him.

The Independent reports the victim, described as a man in his 20’s, died at the scene Sunday afternoon.

“He came to shoot someone else, but he ended up shooting himself,” said a 56-year-old woman who witnessed the incident. “After it happened, the boy he came to shoot stood there filming him.”
