Under the shadow of Auckland’s Sky Tower, firefighters in New Zealand performed an emotional, powerful haka.

In a video posted online, you can see firefighters performing the ceremonial Maori war dance before other New Zealand firefighters as well as visitors from the New York City Fire Department.

On top of that, 200 firefighters also climbed the stairs of the Sky Tower in memory of the 343 New York City Fire Department firefighters who lost their lives 18 years ago.
