Just when you thought we were done hearing about the Mueller report: A federal judge has ordered the DOJ to turn over grand jury information.

The Washington Post reports Chief Judge Beryl Howell didn’t bite at the Justice Department’s appeal argument that impeachment inquiries aren’t privy to grand jury proceedings.

The DOJ also has to explain why it was withholding witness interviews of those who did not appear before the grand jury.

A House judiciary committee wants the info, along with redacted portions of the Mueller report, and to know how many FBI reports of witness interviews have been turned over to the committee and how many the DOJ plans to turn over.
