A NYPD officer has been suspended after pointing his gun at a waitress inside a karaoke barwhile off-duty.

According to NYPD authorities, Officer Hyun Kim pulled out the gun and pointed it at a waitress after she asked him if he was a gangster. When he did so, the magazine fell out, sending bullets spilling to the floor. The manager then says he saw Kim pointing the gun at another waitress’s head.

Both Kim and another officer who was with him, a sergeant, were suspended without pay. The 25-year-old Kim is believed to have been drinking at the time.
