Ruth Bader Ginsburg skipped out on Wednesday’s Supreme Court session due to an illness, described by Chief Justice John Roberts as a ‘stomach bug’.

The 86-year-old Justice missed out on oral arguments for two cases, but will still be part of the decisions after reviewing transcripts and recordings.

Ginsburg missed Court sessions in January after undergoing lung cancer surgery, and was treated for a tumor on her pancreas back in August.
