It’s a parent’s nightmare – car thieves making off with not just your vehicle, but your children as well.

Two Philly-area teenagers have been arrested after stealing an SUV with two young children inside. The 17-year-old thieves drove off in an SUV that was parked outside a Chinese restaurant Sunday night, with a six-year-old boy and a nine-month-old infant still in the back seat.

The SUV was missing for several hours before police finally found it parked a couple of blocks away with the children safe inside. They’ve since been reunited with their mother, while the teens face theft and kidnapping-related charges.
