Passengers about to fly on Frontier Airlines for Thanksgiving got a disturbing email on Thursday.
The email header said: There’s been a change in your upcoming flight. The notification told flyers to call Frontier’s rebooking hotline for “reaccomodation options.”
People trying to call the phone number were met with busy signals or a voicemail. Frontier’s online customer service was of no help either.
Frontier’s Twitter account finally cleared up the mystery around 10:00 pm. The email was sent out due to a technical glitch. All upcoming flights would continue as scheduled. The airline apologized for the error.
