Monica DeSantis
Waking up at 4 a.m. is a thing of the past for Monica DeSantis. Monica is thrilled to be part of the WLS-AM team as afternoon news reporter and evening news anchor. Monica has been in radio for 18 years. She's worked at Chicago news and sports stations as well as several suburban stations. She began her radio career in her native Toronto but moved to Chicago after meeting and marrying her husband Kevin. She has a degree in Fine Arts Acting and keeps a hand in theatre.She keeps busy with her book club, women's golf league, biking and spending time with her husband of eleven years.
