(BOLINGBROOK) A 34-year-old man southwest suburban Bolingbrook man has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl.

 

On Thursday, police were notified by someone who learned of the relationship between the victim and Cesar Marin-Garcia, Lt. Mike Rompa said.

 

Investigators learned Marin-Garcia had sex with the girl “on multiple occasions over the last two years,” Rompa said. Marin-Garcia was arrested about 9:30 p.m. at his home, in the 200 block of Bunker Hill Drive, and booked into the Will County Jail on a charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
