The Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation (CAASE) is out with a new report on prostitution in Illinois.

It's called "Our Great Hobby."

Lara Janson analyzed nearly 1700 messages posted by johns during the summer of 2010 on the website called usasexguide.info (WARNING - SEXUALLY EXPLICIT WEBSITE - NSFW).

So, did any johns claiming to be politicians turn up?

"Ah, no, I don't think so," says Janson. "A lot of johns post about politicians and one of the major themes was that if there are increased raids in an area, why that's only an initiative to get someone elected. It's only an election season and just wait, a lot of the johns say I've been doing it for 20 years, just wait it'll all calm down in a few months."

But rather than calm down, they're recommending more stings on the johns and getting help for the prostitutes.
