Story by 89 WLS reporter Bill Cameron
(LEMONT, Ill.) At Argonne National Labratory, Bill cameron asked local congressman and physicist Bill Foster whether he thinks Congress will approve President Obama's $2 billion Energy Security Trust Fund.

"I do not pretend to understand the mind of the Senate," Foster said. "Much less the majority party in the House."

Foster went on to say, "We'll have to see the details. I also have this thing, as maybe being a scientist, I like to read the legislation before I commit to voting for it or not. And so, you know, the details will matter here."
