
(ST. CHARLES) A northwest suburban Carpentersville man was charged with felony domestic battery after allegedly punching a woman and a 3-year-old last Sunday.
Jamal K. Johnson, 26, of the 100 block of Tee Road, Carpentersville, has a previous conviction for domestic battery and misdemeanor domestic battery causing bodily harm.
He is accused of punching a woman in the forehead with a closed fist, and punching a 3-year-old child in the head, causing bruising.
Bail was set at $50,000, and he was given a March 13 court date.
