The man, Devante Watts, was found with a gunshot wound to his head about 11:30 a.m. in the 500 block of East 109th Street in the Roseland neighborhood, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

 

Watts, of the 10700 block of South Langley Avenue, was dead at the scene, authorities said.

 

Police have made no arrests as Area South detectives investigate.
