The driver of an SUV was killed early Sunday when he crashed his Chevrolet Blazer into the back of a parked semi-trailer in the Pilsen neighborhood on the West Side.
The accident occurred about 3:45 a.m. in the 2400 block of South Ashland Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:05 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
