A man was shot early Sunday in the South Side Back of the Yards neighborhood.

 

The shooting occurred at 6:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of South Throop Street, police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli said.

 

The 35-year-old man was taken in good condition to St. Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center with a gunshot wound to the hand.

 

No one is in custody and Area Central detectives are investigating.
