WASHINGTON (AP) - A more than $50 billion aid bill for Superstorm Sandy victims heads to President Barack Obama's desk, and the president says he won't hesitate to sign it.

Obama has chided lawmakers for taking so long to push through aid for Northeast residents who still haven't recovered since the Oct. 29 storm.
