(CICERO) A teen boy died after he was shot multiple times Wednesday night in west suburban Cicero.

 

Norberto Lara, Jr., 17, was shot in the 1300 block of South 59th Avenue in Cicero, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

 

Lara, of the 1500 block of South 55th Avenue in Cicero, was pronounced dead on the scene at 7:46 p.m., according to the medical examiner’s office. His name was being withheld as authorities notify his family.

 

Cicero police were not immediately available for comment.
