Robber uses Obama, Gore Halloween masks during spree - A $10,000 reward is being offered to catch a serial bank robber believed to be from Indiana who has hit banks at gunpoint in Michigan and Ohio while wearing Barack Obama and Al Gore Halloween masks in some of the heists.
